DBEP Copyright Complaint Guidelines

Evidence Prime Inc., the Operator of the Database of Evidence Profiles (DBEP) respects the rights of copyright holders and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable international copyright laws.

When we receive proper notice as required by the DMCA, we will work to promptly remove content that has been identified as copyright infringement

The publications related to the reported copyright infringements will be suspended as soon as we process the notice. Once the infringement is confirmed, we will remove the content permanently and take steps required in order to prevent further infringements of this kind (which may include but will not be limited to suspension/removal of the user accounts, notifying the Chilling Effects anti-infringement non-profit organization, and more).
