Evidence Prime, founded in collaboration with McMaster University in 2014, is a Canadian–Polish spin-off that now employs around 40 staff, primarily engineers and methodologists. The organization's flagship product, GRADEpro, has become a leading platform for evidence-based guideline development, with more than 150,000 users worldwide. Building on this foundation, Evidence Prime also created Laser AI, an AI-powered tool designed to streamline and accelerate systematic reviews. To date, the organization has secured over €5M in competitive grants to advance its technologies.
